Truckload-class freight: dry van, refrigerated, flatbed and step deck, hot shot / expedited, and select intermodal. If it’s legal and a truck can haul it, we can quote it.
Yes. We hold the federally-required BMC-84 surety bond as a condition of our broker authority, and we maintain contingent cargo and general liability coverage. Certificates available on request.
Several independent, overlapping layers. MyCarrier Packets pulls FMCSA SAFER/SMS data and verifies COIs directly with the insurance agent. Highway provides real-time identity verification, phone-number and email-domain checks, and double-brokering / fraud signals. We layer our own web and domain vetting on top — WHOIS, MX records, and contact-channel cross-checks. Carriers that fail any layer don’t get the load.
We integrate with the carrier’s ELD telematics and driver app, plus Project44 / Macropoint feeds where available. You get position pings, pickup / in-transit / delivered events, and an honest ETA updated against current hours-of-service — not the rosy number we quoted at booking.
Net-30 for shippers on contract, with custom terms available for volume. Carrier-side QuickPay available on signed PoD.
